Director of Operations
Satish Meka brings an illustrious track record of delivering large-cap projects from front-end engineering, design, build, and commissioning, to initial operations. His mission-centric leadership draws on extensive experience on both sides of the spectrum, as an Operator and a Contractor.
His uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and HSE is reflected in everything we do. He is passionate about nurturing a work culture grounded in strong values, with a clear strategy to ensure that Amenav Energy is among the most trusted brands in the business.

Managing Director
A leader with deep insights, Nikhil Kilachand leverages his experience to design strategies to develop Amenav Energy’s customer relationship ecosystem globally. As an innovator, he takes the lead to ensure the company’s technology solutions are fully aligned to the evolving needs of the industry and our clients.
Nikhil has led EPCC operations in the energy, industrial and infrastructure sectors – and delivered outstanding results in highly complex and large-scale projects in South Asia and MENA regions. Formerly the Vice Chairman of Dodsal Group, he is a fourth-generation entrepreneur, with an impeccable track record and stellar management pedigree.

Parekh
Director of Finance
Sanjay Parekh is an industry veteran with nearly two-and-a-half decades of expertise in human capital management, finance and accounting. His key strengths as a leader are his global experience, well-informed perspectives, intellectual curiosity, deep empathy, strong problem-solving skills, and an excellent understanding of both risk management and corporate change management.
Sanjay is a former Director of Dodsal Group, and has extensive experience on large oil & gas, industrial and infrastructure projects across Asia and the MENA region.

Meeting the energy needs of the world in a reliable way has always been the mission of the oil and gas industry.
However, in the context of greater awareness of the consequences of human impact on our planet, the priority has undergone a paradigm shift. The need of the hour is to think responsibly. To restrict the negative impact on the planet, prevent future pollution of air, land, and water from spills, leaks, waste, and emissions; and cut down accidents at oil and gas sites.
At Amenav Energy, we are fully committed to doing our part towards ensuring sustainability in the energy sector.
Our commitment extends to helping clients reduce their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, minimise their carbon footprint, and align closely with their larger energy-efficiency goals.
Corporate Social Responsibility
BRINGING HOPE, ONE DROP AT A TIME
Nearly 80% of Cambodia’s population lives in rural areas where access to clean, safe water is scarce. Groundwater and open sources are often polluted by human waste and microbial contamination or contain high concentrations of iron.
That’s why the government has proposed a national strategy to reach 100% improved water and sanitation coverage for every person by 2025.
The founder of Amenav Energy has been the force behind this idea turning into a reality by his generous contribution towards a grant of 1.7 Millon. For three years, he has partnered with Clear Cambodia, the largest distributor of BioSand filters in the world. An alliance that has brought life’s most basic need, clean drinking water, to more than 140,000 people through the construction of 733 clean water projects.
This effort has provided hope for those living in extreme poverty in the rural provinces of Battambang, Kampong Speu, Kampong Cham, Tbong Khmum, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, and Kampot.
Amenav Energy is proud to be associated with this life-saving project.
